Three directions
Where your capital can work
We are clear about what is available today and what is still being built. Only opportunities with published offer documentation are open for investment.

Real estate investments
Residential real estate is central to our initial strategy, starting in the Netherlands and potentially expanding across the Benelux. We acquire carefully selected homes through dedicated investment structures and rent them out under long-term tenancy agreements.
- Property selection based on demand, independent valuation, condition and a realistic exit
- Returns linked to net rental income and any gain when a property is sold
- Ownership and investor rights defined per offer
- Proposed participation from €3,000, subject to final terms

Business investments
Many established businesses struggle to find financing that aligns with Islamic principles. We are building a way to connect investors with established businesses and promising entrepreneurs seeking Sharia-aligned capital.
- Returns from real work such as production, trade and services, not from interest
- Ownership, profit and risk allocated according to the chosen structure
- Opportunities presented through the curated bulletin board

Sukuk-based SME investment fund
As part of our long-term strategy, we are developing a diversified fund that provides capital to selected small and medium-sized enterprises through Sukuk structures. Sukuk are Islamic investment certificates linked to eligible assets or economic activities. Depending on their structure, investors receive rights to specified assets, benefits or cash flows, rather than interest payments on a loan.
The fund is not yet available for investment. Its structure, terms and risks will be set out in full before any offer is made.

Letting and management
The asset is professionally managed. Costs, maintenance and reserves are recorded for investor reporting.

Updates and distributions
You receive reporting and, where permitted and available, distributions. Timing and amounts are not guaranteed.
- 09
Exit and settlement
At the end of the investment period, the asset may be sold or otherwise settled in line with the agreed exit provisions.
Where an offer is structured on an all-or-nothing basis, the acquisition only goes ahead once the required funding and other conditions have been met. Any refund arrangements are described in the offer documents.
